DGM - Org Effectiveness & Culture - Consulting Firm


- Design, develop and implement an integrated Organizational Effectiveness framework on the backdrop of company's core values - Faster, Simpler and Closer.

- Be a catalyst of cultural change by being internal consultant to the leadership on key strategic aspects - Organization Design/Structures, Manpower Planning, Capability Assessment, Leadership Behaviors & Development, Performance Management, Culture and Employee Engagement

- Review & evaluate, the existing HR programs and recreate strategic HR programs for more impact and alignment to the vision of the organization

- Collaborate with the leadership teams to design, and implement through the Regional HR Teams, an effective and efficient Talent Pipeline and Succession Planning framework to minimize the leadership gaps for critical positions and provide opportunities for top talent to develop skills necessary for future roles

- Create and facilitate forums, workshops, and advisory boards, across the company, to build culture of "innovation", "engagement" "collaboration" and "responsiveness"

- Be aware of the market best practices / new trends in the areas of engagement, culture assessment, employee productivity, organization effectiveness, regulatory changes

- Constantly engage with every business / function stakeholder to diagnose their needs and areas of improvements in their teams.


- Design & deliver customized solutions/improvements against specific priorities related to people and culture

- Assess current culture versus the desired one and identify critical behaviors using company's core values framework.


- Work closely with all leadership levels to develop plan for addressing the critical behaviors. Partner with Regional HR Teams to execute the culture transformation initiatives & programs

- Work with the L&D team to build and strengthen critical capabilities in HR and all people leaders for driving change

- Identify, monitor, and report key metrics to measure the impact of organization effectiveness programs and initiatives
