- The candidate must be an engineering graduate
- He/She should have 15 - 18 years' experience with a medical devices firm
- Must have an understanding of Plastic Injection Moulding technologies
- Should be currently in a manufacturing leadership role
- Should be self motivated
- Should possess the leadership skills to drive the initiatives
