- Individuals in this role manage delivery of the entire program for specific Insurance client/s. - They ensure client expectations are met with high quality standards and adherence to Service Leve Agreements. - Maintain Process efficiency and orductivity levels at all times. - They pro-actively seek out new business opportunities and ideas for further growth and development. - Client management is a key role at this level not limited to conducting monthly, quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders. - Coach direct reports to pick up leadership roles in the organization they are responsible to maintain the profitability of the account & Topline growth & Seat utulization - Drive 100% compliance on all and Client mandated requirements and audits. - Raise process related issues / concerns on time with clients and Account Managers - Responsible for Customer satisfaction measured through CSAT and ESAT scores - Stay updated with the process knowledge / changes - refer to knowledge updates/ repositories to effectively process transactions - Sponsor/Champion process improvement projects to improve process efficiencies - Identify critical/high potential resources and chart career path/growth plan.Business / Customer:- - Improve customer satisfaction through engagement and delivery quality - Identify and initiate customer value add projects - Establish and retain high levels of client engagement and relationship - Identify scope for business growth Project / Process:- - Responsible for project team deliverables - Ensure audit observations are addressed timely - Drive a culture of pro-active risk identification within the process accountability within the team members Drive : - process excellence within the team - innovation initiatives within the team - Drive operational rigor and continuous improvement culture within the area - Identify hi potential resources and chart career path/growth for the Hi-Pot resources People / Team:- - Provide guidance and mentorship to team - Facilitate cross-functional interaction between teams - Conduct 1-0-1 with direct reports and performance appraisals Identification of training needs/training plan/records - Manage attrition through skip level meetings, planning interventions, engagement calendars - Succession Planning for the key posts - Deliver communication received from senior management to the team members though town halls, team meetings - Participate in organizational initiatives such as recruitment drives, training programs etc.
