DGM - NRI Marketing - Deep understanding of micro-markets, competitor offerings and customer usage and expectations in international markets and segments of interest to the brand and the organization - Develop brand and marketing plans and execute them to deliver on agreed performance metrics and KPIs across customer journey and media ecosystems - Plan and execute the entire customer journey starting from the pre-marketing stage, identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share with NRI customer base - Ensure strong and consistent brand messaging across project ecosystems and various touchpoints like print advertising, events, social media, web pages and other electronic and offline promotion channels and materials - Drive cross functional teams and ensure achievement of volume, velocity and profitability objectives by working very closely with the sales team members Key matrix of this role will include: - Revenue, volumes, market and segment performance - Brand A&M spends including media, research, events and activations - Channel partner and trade marketing strategy and interventions Internationally - Extensive engagement with external agencies and partners - production, creative, events etc in different markets including USA, Europe, GCC, Southeast Asia and Australia - Relevant experience of about 12-14 years Qualification - Postgraduate in Marketing
