Deputy General Manager - Marketing - Third Party Logistics Firm (10-15 yrs)
Antal Hiring for a leading Third Party Logistics Conglomerate.
- 12+ years in in progressively responsible marketing & communication roles
- Core Strengths: Pull based marketing, Brand, Content driven Marketing, Digital Marketing, Activation and Sales Support
- Experience in handling multiple agencies: Advertising / Creative, Digital, etc
- Experience with event management, trade shows, channel partner activation
- History of delivering on objective marketing outcomes while working closely with business.
- Have experience in working with Sales teams on various campaigns to drive leads (new customers) and deepen relationships with existing customers (increase wallet share)
- Have strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Industry.
- Must possess excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develops the marketing & brand management strategy of the organization to support top line & bottom line growth & foray into new segments and innovative services & solutions.
- Get the right content developed - internally or externally for different touch points - website, social media, pitch documents, whitepapers etc.
- Interface with the agency to get the best output - time, cost, quality and relevance
- Develops Annual Plans & Budgeting for the brand and monitors the expenditure.
- Market Benchmarking & feasibility study.
Educational Qualifications Post Graduate/ MBA in Marketing (engineering degree would be an advantage)
Work Experience (years) 10 to 12 years, B2B exposure preferred
