Qualification: Essential: MBA-Marketing (Top B Schools Only)
Preferred: Engineering (From Tier 1 Institutes)
Experience (Years): 9-14 years
- Varied experience in marketing of customer-facing businesses (B2C)
- Into Services marketing, Customer campaigns, customer experience management & product management
- Should have handled all or combination of above. Experience in any one stream not suitable
- Preference for candidates who have brand management experience as prime
- Experience in Healthcare services is a plus but not essential.
- Loyalty marketing will be a big plus
Sectors: Telecom, FMCG, Healthcare, Ad agency
Objective:
- To own group initiatives of the group including Loyalty Programs, Customer App, Cross Biz Service Offerings /Collaborations/ Joint marketing & other similar group initiatives
- To be accountable for the incremental revenue of all group initiatives
Job Role:
Customer Experience :
- To develop & implement a roadmap for all marketing activities of customer lifecycle management.
- To Develop campaigns & schemes to engage customers & measure their effectiveness.
- To measure customer experience & develop/implement measures for enhancing the C-Sat.
Brand Management :
- To handle Ad agency and develop, plan & distribute marketing collaterals.Communication
- To study & improve customer message management systems, websites, email, SMS, snail mail, social media management & App communication.Product Management
- To manage the App's lifecycle: structure, design, UI/UX, promotion, customer experience management & product improvisation.
- To develop, strategize & own the targets for Services & App downloads.
Market Research :
- To undertake market research as and when required
Joint Marketing :
- To work with other organisations for co-branding and/or joint marketing for the group.
Skill Set:
- Should be clear in thinking, be result oriented, reliable, organised and meticulous.
- Candidate should be willing to work hands-on with not only team members of Marketing but also other functions within BU's Marketing & Biz teams
Work Week:
5- day week (alternate Saturdays off)
Shift Timings:
Day shifts - As it is in project scale-up stage, candidate must be willing to be flexible on work timings with the goal of meeting project schedules as per business needs.
