URGENT HIRING FOR A HIGHLY REPUTED MANUFACTURING GROUP

Position: Deputy General Manager - Marketing

Job Location: New Delhi/NCR

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

Salary: 30-35 Lacs

Qualification: Preferably Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering with MBA Marketing

Candidates with relevant experience in the manufacturing sector will be preferred.

Internal Roles:

Sales & Marketing :

- Brand Strategy: Interaction with Inter Department to develop Brand Strategy

- Brand Communication: Interact with Sales to set up a brand Communication channel

- Training: Provide necessary branding training to various stakeholders.

External Roles :

- Brand Strategy: Interact with Consultants in developing long term plan for a brand strategy

- Marketing and Communication: Interact with Media and PR consultants in developing communication channel

- Market Survey - Personal Meetings with customers & Feedback collection

- Customer Relationship Management - Develop PR with Tier 1; Tier 2 Customers

- Consumer Behavior: Analyse Consumer Behavior in extracting meaningful information for business.

- Exhibition & conferences/ Trade Shows/Seminars - Providing key support for participation in Exhibition, Conferences, sponsoring events

- Market Intelligence - Monitoring Projects and new investments - New Projects & investments identification.

Job Responsibilities:

- Brand Strategy for the group showcasing a roadmap for coming five years.

- Defining Brand Promise and set up expectations.

- Set up marketing and communication channel and a roadmap for brand building and planning of conferences and seminars and coordination with media and PR Consultancies

- Internal; and external training programs as per defined targets and brand promotion programs at multiple levels
