Reports to VP - Marketing Communications Head
- Maximize the marketing impact by developing the new product's integrated communication strategy and marketing KPI in accordance with the business and product strategy.
- Promote continued marketing communication by providing consistent goals and marketing directions to related marketing department.
- Plan and create the marketing communication asset to achieve the IMC strategy.
- Develop the execution strategy to ensure that the marketing communication asset is used organically and multi-dimensionally at all touch points.
- Identify digital touch points for product and brand promotion and set effective digital channel operation strategy.
- Create contents that are suited for digital platform and run digital media campaign to drive reach and engagement and strengthen customer relationship.
- Communication strategy setting - Perform with depth the development of a systematic communication strategy for the new product (or new product line-up) based on the environment analysis of market, competitor and product.
- Campaign planning - Drive the creative concept planning of multi-dimensional campaigns that touch various consumer touch points.
- Brand strategy development - Provide a specific direction on the strategy for the product or company's overall brand, brand portfolio and naming or the high-level direction for building a unique brand image.
- Creative Production - Manage the ATL and BTL marketing production process in accordance with the company's brand strategy for effective IMC.
- Agency Management - Facilitate close communication with the agencies by delivering clear briefings, thus deriving ideas with the communication strategy and the output wanted.
- Gauging and analyzing communication impact - Execute an efficient marketing budget by gauging the communication impact through before and after consumer research and ROI calculation.
- Digital campaign production - Bring forward digital campaign ideas and create content.
- Digital campaign execution - Develop campaign execution plan for the created content with a set budget and conduct performance analysis on the result.
- Social channel operation - Develop social channel operation strategy, create content suitable for social channel, analyze social data and derive insights and execute.
- Competition analysis - Analyzing competitors- media spending, strategy & positioning as well as market and consumers to produce compelling insight for strategic recommendations.
- Coordinating with R&D for product conceptualization, positioning, new product development, etc.
