Looking for DGM Litigation (Corporate) for Manufacturing automotive Industry.

Corporate and companies experience is must.

Location : Manesar, Gurgaon

Qualification : LLB, Exp - 9 Years +, Preferrance Male

- Handling vetting and drafting of various Agreements such as Software Services Agreements, Non Disclosure Agreements, Consultancy Services Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Franchisee Agreements, Marketing Agreements, License Deeds, Lease Deeds Legal Documentation

- Drafting and vetting of various kinds of contracts/agreements like - Joint Venture Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, Professional Service Agreements, Master Services Agreement, Leasing and Financing Agreements / Share Purchase Agreement, Foreign Collaboration/Technical Know how, Memorandum of Understanding etc.

- Drafting & vetting of other legal documents like - Written Statements, Rejoinders, Applications and Affidavits, Appointment agreements, Agreement for Sale, Lease deeds & License Agreement and other legal and commercial documents/agreements.

- Handling Due Diligence and Acquisition Transaction.
