Deputy General Manager - Legal - Real Estate (10-14 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
LEGAL- LITIGATION RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Preparing written statement and attending RERA complaints through in house lawyer, wherever possible.
- Preparing written statement and attending the complaints through in house lawyer, wherever possible.
- Preparing/ vetting the written statement and attend the courts, wherever possible, to reduce the cost of litigation and expedite the process.
- Overviewing the written statement and briefing the counsel to expedite the process.
QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
- LLB with CS or LLM with 10+years of experience
- The Candidate should have/possess High-Level Negotiation Skill, Confidence, Drafting Skill, Convincing Power, Good Command over Communication (both in writing and speaking).
