DGM - Legal Drafting - Real Estate

Responsibilities :

- Drafting of Agreements for Sale, MOUs, affidavits, declarations Sale Deeds, JDAs, Assignment Agreement, Exchange Deeds, GPA, SPAs and any relevant documents regarding real estate development or procurement of lands etc.

- Review all documents (MOU, Joint Development Agreement, Lease Deed, Sales Deed, Space Sharing Agreement , Agreement to Sell, Agreement to Build etc.) from a legal perspective, ensuring minimal risks to the Organization

- Handling RERA matters and should be well-versed with RERA Act

- Sound knowledge of documentation related to land acquisition

- Involved in the legal documentation of Development /Redevelopment Projects, Special Township Projects, and Redevelopment Projects

- Providing legal advice on property matters

- Ability to handle complex legal documents and apply general legal concepts in day-to-day interpretation.

- Excellent Inter-Personal Communication and Presentation Skills.

- Excellent Analytical Skills in Understanding any Kind of Task.
