Deputy General Manager - Legal - Construction/Manufacturing - LLB/LLM

- Drafting and Vetting of various high value Contracts, Tender documents, General Terms and Conditions and various other documents, evaluating its legal impact, risk assessment in business, Contract negotiations and necessary mitigation, since tendering stage unto final execution.

- Undertaking Effective claims management for various projects due to delay in execution.

Formulating Strategies and effective litigation management in respect of National and International Arbitration, initiating, pursuing, filing & defending all Civil / Criminal litigation, Writs Petitions.

- Conducting legal awareness session, rendering training.

- Having exposure in Mergers and Acquisitions.

Education : LLB/LLM. MBA Finance is an added advantage.
