Due Diligence of Land with respect to devolution of Title for Past 30 Years. 5. To satisfy Lenders Counsel and per requirement of project funding. 6. Mutation of Land. 7. CLU/Diversion/Conversion etc. 8. Procedural Knowledge of Acquisition of Forest land/Government Land etc. 9. Documentation (Sale Deed, Agreement to Sale, Power of Attorney, Lease Deed, MoU, Term Sheet etc.) 10. Lodging FIR and Liaison with Police and Administrative Department and Knowledge of Bail Procedure. 11. Preparation of Plaint, Written Statement, Affidavite. 12. Complete Knowledge of proceedings of District Court, High Court and Supreme Court. 13. Complete knowledge of proceedings of Consumer Forum/DRT and other Tribunals. 14. Litigation Management. 15. Complete Knowledge of Civil and Criminal Laws. 16. Good Coordination with Famous Lawyers of India (on Pan India Basis) 17. To Provide Legal Support internally. 18.
