Deputy General Manager - Leasing - Real Estate (7-15 yrs)
DGM-Leasing
- Incumbent will manage leasing and renewals in the existing portfolio.
- Preparation of commercial offer/bids/term sheets for potential occupiers,
- Negotiate and close transactions
- Managing the Tenant management
- Proactively develop new tenant relationships
- Work closely with Asset Management team on asset specific improvement strategies; conduct promotional/tenant engagement activities to generate additional revenue
Will report to the Head - Transactions and Operations
Requirements:-
- Ability to learn and take on an expanding role
- Self-motivated, flexible and possesses good judgment
Ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of commercial real estate leasing experience at IPCs or commercial real estate developers.
