Deputy General Manager - Learning & Development - BFS/FMCG (10-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Organizing corporate training events, having the ability to manage multiple training at the same time, preparing cost reports for each learning program, conducting skills gap analysis
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training.
- Building relationships with 3rd party training providers/ training Partners.
- Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
- Designs, Implements and Evaluates management development programs/assessment centers along with department head/Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
- Manage L&D metrics such as Quality of Training, Training Effectiveness, Cost of Training and Speed of response of training interventions.
- Managing the development of the HR team from a training perspective.
- Designing staple curriculum for all employees (i.e. values)
Person Specification :
- Ideally, the candidate should have min.10 to 15 years of experience preferably within should have experience in manufacturing industry.
- Should have experience in core L&D, OD Interventions, Balance scorecards Creating Training calendars, Training Modules.
- High quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
- Demonstrated success in implementing innovative training techniques and learning technologies, in multiple areas including managerial and leadership development areas.
- Experience in conducting organizational, program level, and individual needs analysis to identify learning and development needs; experience in running targeted development programs.
