Deputy General Manager - Learning & Development - Automobile (7-12 yrs)
Experience
7 to 12 years of experience with at least 5+ years in the area of Learning & Development
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
1. Plan and create the delivery roadmap for Organisation Capability Building areas relevant for Multiple Businesses across Sectors (eg Customer Centricity, Innovation, Leadership, Entrepreneurship etc.).
2. Design short/medium/long term interventions in consultation with Business Leaders as well as External Partners to meet the identified learning Goals
3. Partner with BHR/COE functions and actively drive Change Management Initiatives for the Organisation especially in the areas of Leadership Development and Culture Shift Behaviors.
4. Design and Deploy Digital Learning strategy for assigned Businesses/Sectors as Business Lead (Learning)
- Responsible for development of key talent as per the Talent Management Strategy
5. BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) Model for assigned Organisation Capability Areas (eg Customer Centricity, Innovation, Leadership etc.) for line Managers and HR Managers
6. Conduct Learning Analytics to analyze various trends emerging out of the data pertaining to learning, share insights and recommendations on quickly improving design and delivery of interventions
