Deputy General Manager - KYC - BFSI

- We need profiles with sound KYC/AML exposure in the wholesale/IB/Wealth Management space and not in the Retail KYC space.

- We are looking at folks with exposure on three areas:

- Regulatory requirements (with exposure to at least 3-4 key countries)

- Background check screening / Risk assessment of client

- Quality Management (real examples of having improved quality and having provided solutions)

- The right candidate ought to have exposure to at least 2 out of the above three domains and good knowledge of the other.

- KYC here is end-to-end and hence the ask and need for people who can connect the dots .

- People management of at least a 80 people.

- We need people with the ability to drive and transform business and a change mindset.
