DGM IT APPLICATIONS Our client is a leading FMCG retail MNC Primary responsibilities : - Responsible for managing ERP applications, Retail software, POS solutions, SQL Server & database, Cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, Web & Mobile base applications including servers and systems, to successfully lead IT projects and Operations. - Develop and implement policies and procedures for the IT department, so some familiarity with assessing and improving processes is vital. - Directly addressing end user issues with Applications, Infrastructure, and servers - Regular interaction with team members, management, and end users throughout the organization Education : - BE / B.Tech, MCA, Other relevant education qualification in Computer related field Experience : - Must have 10+ years of experience in the area of ERP Applications, Cloud Infrastructure, Project management, Server Management & SQL server administrator. - Technical skills - Must have hands-on experience on ERP applications, Retail software, POS solutions, SQL Server & database, Cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, Web & Mobile base applications including servers and systems, to successfully lead IT projects and Operations. - Must have implementation experience in Cyber securities, Firewalls, Anti-virus, AD & Domain controls. Preferred Industry : Retail / QSR / Hospitality
