Deputy General Manager - Industrial Relations - Manufacturing (18-25 yrs)
Leading Indian Manufacturing Facility is looking for Dy General Manager - Industrial Relation for their plant located at Hosur
Position: Dy General Manager - Industrial Relation
Work Location: Hosur
Experience: Min of 18 years experience
Qualification : MBA / MSW / MA HR or relvant
CTC : Open
Reporting to : Group Head HR
Age : Nor more than 45 years
Others: Stability should be 5 years in the current role (MUST)
1. Purpose of the Tittle :
To support achievement of business results by :
1. Maintaining a congenial IR climate across units
2. Recruiting the right blue collared resources and monitor performance
3. Continuously upgrading statutory compliance and liaisoning with statutory authorities
2. Role Description:
1.1 Conduct permanent employees contact meeting / founder's day celebration / sports day celebration and attended employees marriages.
1.2 Conduct monthly meeting with the union / general body meeting / canteen committee meeting.
1.3 Fixation of wages and salaries of all categories of employees as per company policy and statutory provisions and timely disbursement of Salary,PPI,Bonus and LTWS Benefits.
1.4 Timely distribution of uniform, shoes, salary advances, loans, canteen and transport facilities.
2.1 Recruit, train and deploy both Permanent,Temp workmen. Deployment of contract workmen.
2.2 Counsel employees on absenteeism and participation in TEI activites and initiate approporate actions
2.3 Organizational Development - Identify low performer based on PED norms and improve efficiency by conselling them on a regular basis, take measures to reduce absenteeism for improvement.
3.1 Maintain good working relationship with statutory authorities and obtain / renew clearances related to existing and new projects from statutory authorities
3.2 Statutory Payments - Coordinate and collect all relevant data for PPI / Bonus for discussion and disbursement.
