DGM - Human Resources - Real Estate Global MNC
- Identify Training Needs for employees in the region and work with Central team on Training Nominations
- Drive all Admin Initiatives and responsibilities at Regional Level - stationary, vendor bills, facility management, covid-response, local travel, etc.
- Share regional insights for the Quarterly Employee Newsletter and Quarterly Reward and Recognition Scheme
- Drive Central HR Initiatives for the region - such as PMS status, on-boarding of new-hires, HRIS/ ABC /COC /POSH trainings, employee get togethers, offsite, etc. for the region
- Work closely with the Regional HODs in driving their people-management agenda - employee grievances, team connects, etc.
- Coordinate for ensuring all HR / insurance benefits are being disseminated to the teams and support them in claims etc.
- Provide Recruitment Support to the Central team at operational level
- Provide support for employees exiting - debriefing and exit formalities.
- Formulate and drive Employee-Engagement Calendar for the Region
- Maintain the regional org-structure up to date and share with requisite stakeholders as and when required
- Act as Regional HR/Admin SPOC and apprise Regional Business Leaders on the Central Initiatives from time to time
- Support Regional Heads in internal communications and managing the appraisal process
- Any other HR related matter in the region
Ideal Candidate :
- At least 10 years of experience in HR
- Experience in MNCs will be preferred
- Full time MBA will be preferred
