Deputy General Manager - Human Resources - Manufacturing (12-18 yrs)

Location - Near Surat (a remote location)
Qualification & Exp. - MBA - HR (2 yrs Full Time) with 12+ yrs exp in manufacturing units with core HR activities.
Responsibilities :
- To Plan the manpower requirement, Ensuring the alignment of Manpower need with overall Business objective.
- To plan, organize, coordinate and ensure recruitment of employees as per the organization requirement and ensure their right placement and other innovative recruitment techniques at right time.
- HR budget.
- Design and execute the PMS based on leading practices with the aim to provide a fair and transparent performance management.
- Develop and update the quarterly and annual appraisal process.
- Smooth plant operations with focus on optimum utilization of Human capital.
- Ensuring accurate well designed Training Calendar with inclusion of Unit, Business Group LD programs.
- Identify accurate quality Training Needs. To plan, organize and ensure effective implementation of HR Policies and systems to improve company HR Performance and optimizing employee productivity.
- Payroll operations for Staff Cadre employees.
- Encouraging employees for their maximum participation in various engagement surveys.
