Responsibilities : 1. Implement HR policies & programs are required by the business. 2. Ensure job descriptions for all the positions are accurate & up to date. 3. Create organizational development and employee training programs. 4. Create compensation plans and provide administrations for employee benefits. 5. Ensure employee safety, wellness, welfare, health, and happiness. 6. Employee counseling services for personal issues and company complaints. 7. Develop employee -oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, team-work, and high performance. 8. Working together with the legal team to communicate the requirements associated with all applicable HR-related legal/regulatory and compliance programs. 9. Research changes in laws and regulations analyze their impact on the organization and communicate findings to stakeholders. 10. Stay abreast on all employee-related legislative and regulatory changes and/or developments and ensure changes to rules and regulations are restructured with HR systems, policies, articles, and practices. 11. To maintain and develop leading edge HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people in relation to the following in order to maintain competitive advantage for : - Performance Management; Staff Induction; Reward and Recognition; Staff Retention; Management Development / Career Development; Succession Planning; Competency Building / Mapping; Compensation / Benefit programs. 12. Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate opportunities for career growth and development. 13. To recommend and ensure implementation of Strategic directions for people development within the organization. Qualifications : 1. Master's degree in Human Resources or related field with minimum 15 years of experience. 2. Proven work experience as DGM or similar role. 3. Solid understanding of labor legislation. 4. Impeccable English, Hindi & Kannada communication (written & spoken) skills. 5. Advanced MS Office skills. 6. Ability to foster healthy employee relations. 7. Leadership skills 8. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
