Deputy General Manager - Human Resource - Manufacturing (7-12 yrs)
Core Responsibilities :
- Complete employee lifecycle management from hiring to induction to confirmation to performance management to query handling/grievance management to exit
- Recruitment and organization structuring as per business plan and need
- Managing learning and development activities and initiatives for the organization
- Compensation and performance management for the staff and the workers
- Implementing strategic and ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects for the company including recognition program and plant safety-related initiatives
- Ensuring smooth HR governance and HR Ops activities : HR review, statutory compliances, audits, budgeting and cost tracking, salary processing, maintenance of organization structure, HR policies and processes, etc.
- Partnering with function heads and team heads to drive organization priorities
- Driving engagement initiatives and running employee satisfaction survey exercises
- Liaisoning with the Corporate HR team on key HR aspects
Education Qualification :
- MBA from a tier 1/tier 2 business school
Experience :
- 7-10 years of experience in HR including experience in manufacturing plant HR and significant Learning & Development experience
Preferred :
- Female candidate
- Experience in Corporate HR
