Deputy General Manager - HR Digital Services (10-15 yrs)

- Responsible for Recruitment module globally for Schneider Electric, and managing Global Talent Acquisition transformation.

- Responsible for all Level 3 Queries (Process & Tool). This position will Report to the Global HR Leader- HR Digital Services and will be based out of Bangalore, India.

- Responsible to drive strategy and roadmap for the global systems along with business process owner in liaison with key stakeholder

- Responsible for Design, Development, Implementation and Evolution of the platform.

- Responsible for stabilizing and maintaining the platform in the Run Mode

- Analyze and develop global changes both in staging and production zones with help of Technical Support team

- Manage and Lead tool upgrades from the functional point of view.

- Manage Governance of the system globally and Lead the regional L2 teams

- Monitor and improve effective usage of the system.

- Conduct periodical audits and ensure 100% compliance of the system as per the global requirements.

- Conduct trainings to internal stake holders regionally as per need.

- Work closely with the Employer Branding team and help to improve the brand value of the organization.

- Connect and work closely with the internal & external stake holders such as HR users- HR & IT- BPO's, L2 Regional experts & Regional Leaders, Technical team, Vendor (Oracle, iCIMS etc.)

- Lead team meetings both globally and with the L2 teams to resolve issues, manage change effectively etc.

- Driving Change management for multiple personas while implementing System changes & new enhancements

- Defining Process maps (To-be), System & People Transition plan and integration to core-HRMS tool (Oracle HCM Fusion)

- Challenges was implementing new solution on a live environment and co-ordination with several Upstream & Downstream Applications (Global & Local scope), stringent times lines, scoping & re-test after each System upgrades.

Qualifications:

- Should have Excellent communications with ability to communicate effectively with stake holders around the world. Prior experience of handling a global role in a large MNC environment.

- Should have strong Functional expertise in Recruitment & Onboarding

- Experience on ATS platform ICIMS is mandatory.

- Should have strong prior expertise in using any Recruitment application

- Should inherit a global thought process by which would be able to have a global approach towards any situation in the job

- Strong in managing system Governance

- Should be analytically strong to monitor and conduct system audits and manage compliance globally

- Should have good MS Office skills (PPT, Projects, Excel, Visio)

- Total Experience- 10 to 15 years in HR tools with at least 8-10 years' experience with Recruitment tools

Education: Any Engineering Degree. Candidates with strong HR functional (Recruitment) background will be beneficial.
