- Consult with plant business leadership team to create a comprehensive people plan to influence business results - Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives in line with business priorities - Partner with a cross-functional team to design and execute strategy for hiring, onboarding, developing, motivating, and retaining employees Job Responsibilities:&nbsp; - Understand business imperatives and drive people agenda aligned to that - Enable line managers to champion GPW, diversity, new hire assimilation, developing, motivating, and retaining employees - Review business and HR metrics and advise business on people aspects of business - Facilitate development of L2s/L3s, critical talents around functional and leadership aspects - Build a strong pool of successor at every level - Ensure compliance to HR processes and policies - Develop and coach team members within their own team to take up larger responsibilities - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key leaders at multiple levels within the unit - Drives process change that will deliver better operational efficiency across the business functions - Provide leaders with structural diagnosis through identification of the root causes of organizational performance issues. - Work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders. - Facilitate process for identification of capability gaps in each functional and managerial area - Identify critical staffing issues and implications along with the leadership team of the unit - Help in formulating processes to manage attrition and thereby retaining the key employees - Provide expertise to the business in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs - Talent Management: Support and implement the Talent Management Initiatives of Org, like focused development plan for GETs and their career progression plan in Org - Drive PMS &amp; OD initiatives like, Performance Appraisals, Individual Development Plans, drive and implement Rewards &amp; Recognition programs among staff as a part of Employee Engagement initiatives etc. - Also support in the improvement of key employee engagement drives at locations. Job Specification : - Qualification MBA in HR from a reputed institute - Knowledge and Competencies - Knowledge of latest HR practices - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Effective interpersonal skills - Demonstrated experience of leading and managing change programs - Project Management - Ability to handle team of 3-5 people effectively - Stakeholder management - Counselling and advisory skills - Exposure to IR issues
