Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Sales - Commercial Real Estate/Leasing (5-9 yrs)
B2B Sales Professionals with experience in Commercial Real Estate Only.
- Responsible for end to end business development of the assigned area : Monitoring, analyzing and forecasting supply targets, their business models and tracking progress against them
- Maintaining relationships with key influencers in the designated area for lead generation
- Develop and implement best practices in their market to maximize lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation and conversion rates
- Outside the box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics, to build a stellar sales pipeline
- Understand the target companies- business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate value proposition at the executive level.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Relationship building and cultivating
- Fostering collaboration across other teams
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales and business development in B2B
- MBA from good institutes
- Strong experience in B2B sales across Product and Commercial Real Estate
- Strong executive presence - experience and comfort level working with C-level and executives
- Experience in start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven
