Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Legal - Fertilizers Production Firm

Our client is one of the leading producer of fertilizers across the country, looking to hire DGM / GM for legal function.

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparing, reviewing and vetting contracts and agreements

- Monitoring and ensuring compliance requirements especially FCO, Insecticides Act, Monitoring and ensuring compliance requirements especially FCO, Insecticides Act, Seeds Act, Shops and Establishment Act, Consumer Protection Act, Legal Metrology Act, Legal Metrology rules etc. relating to our retail centers, marketing operations, divisional offices and manufacturing units.

- Reviewing and managing cases filed by or against the company in various forms. Currently, IR and HR related cases are outside the purview of this position

- Providing legal advice to other departments, as and when sought

- Liaison with Agriculture departments, ADA- s/JDA's and Testing Labs

- Looking to hire candidates from Fertilizers / Pesticide / Seed Companies / Retail Industry.

Role based in Hyderabad and looking to hire South Indian for the role.
