Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Investor Relations

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the IR head / CFO office in Investor communication including drafting of all financial communication such as : Financial Reporting, Conference Calls and Webcasts & Investor Presentations

2. Investor Relations Strategy: Liaisoning with various media/research analysts to ensure continuous media coverage of the company. Cultivate strong relationships with existing investors, potential investors, sell-side and buy-side analysts.

3. Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor performance (domestic and international), industry trends, and market dynamics. Regular tracking of peers on various metrics.

4. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about disclosure requirements and regulatory changes affecting the company.

5. Financial Crisis Management: Handle the public side of any financial crisis, providing clear and transparent communication to investors and the broader market
