Position : DGM/GM Role: To lead HR functions in the organization across the level. Responsible for managing change and implementing strategies that will streamline employee performance and organizational deliverables with an objective of creating a harmonic &amp; self-motivated team for achieving excellence in work. The role Reports to : Director Human Resource. Detailed JD :&nbsp; - Manage and grow HR transformation capability within the business, in line with a current market scenario.&nbsp; - Achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, headcount growth and penetration - Led/been involved in end to end HR transformation program (preferably including implementation) - Managing Organisation development which should be closely inclined with Organisation Vision, Mission, and Values. - Changing Organization culture to Modern deliverables. - Provide strategic direction for managing and enhancing organization goals. - Drive the Value &amp; Vision of the company as a Value Champion. - Possess extensive experience in heading both - Strategic &amp; Operation HR &amp; ER. - Full HRMS implementation at the Organization. - Organization Structure Redesigning, Manpower Planning &amp; Budgeting, Business Plan, Compensation Survey, Designing Levels &amp; Structures and Competency framework. - Attrition Analysis : Manage organizational learning, employee compensation and benefits Requirements for the role : - The candidate must have 10-12 years of exposure to PMS, Change management, Employee Engagement, L&amp;D, Compensation and Benefits, ER and Recruitment in manufacturing setup. HR ops knowledge will be the additional&nbsp;advantage. The role requires the ability to handle a team. - Candidate should be computer savvy (Expert in MS Office, MS EXCEL). Proficient in Presentation skills using power point presentations (ERP Knowledge must). - Planned, managed and budgeted the development of a training policy to identify training needs and direct the design and delivery of training program. - Planned and supervised the development and implementation of employee relations related policies (e.g. staff surveys) and initiatives (e.g. team building)- Developed an employee related culture that supports positive relations among employees - Understands wages, salaries, benefits and statutory compliances Educational background:&nbsp; - Strong academic background, achiever of above 75% marks in education from 10th onwards. MBA in HR/IR must.
