Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Human Resource - Retail & Sales HR (10-15 yrs)
Few important pointers for shortlisting will be as follows :
- PGDM/MBA in HR from good institute.
- Having worked in Retail Companies is a must.
- Female candidate with above two points would be preferable.
- Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong social networking skills and Team handling skills.
- Exposure to a high level of service standards.
- Anyone drawing a current CTC of less than INR 20 LPA would NOT be considered.
- Willing to relocate/based out of to Hyderabad.
JOB DESCRIPTION (Indicative Only) :
- Responsible for entire HR activities including coordinating with the senior management to define & execute the Talent Management Strategy & managing Sales HR.
- Statutory Compliance, implement employee related policies, compensation & benefits program,performance evaluation program.
- The incumbent will be required to work closely with the senior management and spearhead the HR function for the organization and focused on transformation, change management from an unstructured to a structured and process driven company with the emphasis on fostering a culture of incremental performance and productivity.
