The incumbent will be responsible for the following :&nbsp; - Overall responsibility for HR Operations. - Monthly HR reports, MIS and data analytics. - Upkeep and upgrade of all HR Policies. - Manage Confirmation and Annual Appraisals. - Plan, budget and manage all India Employee engagement calendar. - Manage - Annual day events, Monthly HOD meeting, Weekly knowledge forum. - Quarterly HR team get together, Quarterly HOD dinner. - HR internal and external Audits. - EXIT process and attrition management. - Any corporate HR initiatives - rebanding, HRIS System.
