Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Healthcare Operations - BPO

Candidate should have experience in US healthcare process for 15+ years.

- Preferred experience in all domains of US healthcare process including Coding/Billing, Payment posting & AR. Certification is preferred

Below mentioned is Job Description but is not limited to:

- Entrepreneurial role where the person has to manage Hiring, Training, Operations, Service Delivery Quality but also provide Pre-sales Solutions and support including presenting to prospects. No task is too big or too small to handle in this position.

- Managing new client transition

- Managing operations end-to-end RCM (All verticals of US Healthcare RCM) - Successfully lead & manage process, operational excellence & transformation initiatives which provide client & business benefits like increased capacity, reduced cost etc.

- Collaboration with Sales/Solution team for BD

- Should have strong hold in subject knowledge, should be in capacity to serve as Subject Matter expert when required

- Client Management

- People Management

- Must have good Communication skills

- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS excel

- Should lead initiatives for process improvement

- P&L ownership

- Cost planning

- Position may require travel to U.S on need basis
