Deputy General Manager/General Manager - EHS - FMCG

Hiring for one of the Esteemed Clients.

Client Brief :

Role Purpose: To meet regulatory requirements pertaining to Plastic Waste Management, CGWA, EHS. Implement systems and processes to standardize the Environment operations to have sustainable results.

1. Preparation, monitoring, and implementation of Environment Policy

2. Compliance Management

- Fulfilling the statutory requirements pertaining to the environment

- Review of consent conditions

3. Review EPR compliance as part of Plastic Waste Management Rules.

4. Coordination with EPR service provider to ensure the recycling process is as per the organization requirements.

5. Monthly MIS to the organization's management on EPR progress

6. Review of RWH compliance as per CGWA requirements

7. Implementation of Water Resource Management system

8. Resource conservation

9. Develop pollution control/prevention and recycling programmes (Air, Water, Noise, Soil and Waste)

10. Key Performance indicators & Management systems for Environment

11. Recognize emerging problems and proactively develop solutions

12. Identify, assess and reduce the organization's environmental risks and financial costs

13. Train staff at all levels in environmental issues and responsibilities

14. Develop and implement sale strategies for environmental goods and services

15. Consider audit and report on environmental performances of all the factories

16. Implementation and evaluation of Good Manufacturing Practices
