Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Corporate Finance - CA (8-10 yrs)
DGM/GM - Corporate Finance
Responsibilities :
2. Supports strategic decision on various investments and divestments through operational and financial analysis
3. Monitor the financial performance and health of the businesses on continuous basis and reports exceptions timely
4. Works with various functions like tax, legal, treasury & secretarial for evaluation of internal and external restructuring projects with respect to the Businesses and Shareholders Entities
5. Custodian of important financial & confidential data for the group
6. Works closely with select businesses for approving the Business Plans and Strategic initiatives
Qualification and Experience :
1. Preferred to be a Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of strong financial & governance background with good working knowledge of taxation and related business laws.
2. Somebody who has been part of the Promoter group/ Shareholder group office/ Private Equity Office and has evaluated multiple businesses as a part of their role either at the Investment stage or at asset performance monitoring stage.
