Job Description :
External Communications :
- Create long term brand/ marketing strategies and communication plans. Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to advance brand identity
- Giving strategic direction to Group wide communication initiatives.
- Developing Communications Budget and ensuring implementation.
- Marketing Communications for the group. Development of country and vertical specific marketing collaterals, case studies, white papers.
- Content generation including articles, speeches, senior management messages, press releases, presentations, website, Annual Reports etc.
- Conceptualization and development of promotion material like advertisements, brochures, audio visual films, presentations, website.
- Produce written marketing communications, including press releases, promotional materials, advertisements and web pages relating to corporate events and internal communications. Explore available channels for widening the distribution of marketing materials.
- Managing healthy relations with print and electronic media for group image building
- Work closely with key stakeholders to incorporate research findings into development
Internal Communications :
- Conceptualization, development and deployment of internal communication campaigns for respective businesses / specific topics in alignment with organizational goals.
- Driving all internal communication for employee engagement including in-house magazine intranet, newsletters, collaterals, communication meets, open houses and other employee events.
- Advise on and assist in senior executive communications - memos, speeches, presentations, Q&A's
- Motivating and taking along employees in championing social causes and activities.
- Monitor and research perceptions of internal audiences to campaigns, and communications outputs. Monitoring of and reporting on the communications campaign and/or events progress to colleagues
Digital communication :
- Create case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals. Supervises the creation and posting of web content including blogs, videos and more.
- Developing and driving the department's strategic plan, which addresses critical issues or each strategic area of the department and outlines plans for achieving those objectives
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company. Manage online brand and product campaigns
