Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Contracts & Tendering - Infra (15-20 yrs)

Bid Preparation

- Ownership for responding to Bid in 3 verticals of smart cities, communication and City Surveillance.

- Tender's scoping and preliminary estimate, cash flow analysis, Project Synopsis.

- Vendor partnership management, Product evaluation and Partner finalization.

- Freezing terms and conditions with Vendors and subcontractors and their legal documentation.

- Risk identification and Mitigation plan and Management approval for bidding.

- Pre-bid and Post-bid Client Management and Business development.

- Pricing, vendor negotiation, e-bidding and bid submission.

Pre-Tender Support

- Responding to Expression of Interest (EoI) and Pre-Tender presentation to Client.

- Managing Business Development team and prospect development and evaluation.

- Inputs to client and consultant for Tender document preparation.

- Budgeting for Financial year and Prospects projection for order inflow.

Project handing over and execution management

- Preparing accepted cost for each line items and projected margin and overhead.

- Client kick off meeting, Implementation Plan and Support for vendor Order Placement.

- Clarification and support during Project Execution.

- To manage the bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities

- Set up and maintain all credentials and compliance documents for use in proposals

- Set up and maintain a database of partners and suppliers.

Compliance with corporate governance requirements

- Ensure sign-off of any significant post-tender amendments by an authorized person

- Develop best practice business development processes across the Business

- Prepare bids in a timely manner, in accordance with Company procedures

- Ensure adjudication meetings are arranged and appropriate sign-off is achieved
