Deputy General Manager - Finance - Oil & Gas/Infra/Power Sector

Location: Hyderabad

Compensation: 30 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

Reports to: Director

Responsibilities :

The Incumbent shall be responsible for development and deployment of Business strategy, Cash flow planning, Budgeting, forecasting activities, Investor relations, Fund raising, Compliance etc.

- Help develop overall business strategy/plan and oversee/track execution in collaboration with the Company Directors

- Provide weekly cash flow projections and ensure sufficient cash is available with the company to deliver business plan; This includes both managing cash in hand, tracking receivable collections and payables

- Ensure each team is delivering on their financial goals and operating within budget

- Ensure compliance with local regulations

- Manage relationships with auditors and lenders

- Monthly MIS report preparations, comparison to business projections and plan for course correction, if any

- Regular reporting to investors and taking lead in preparing all material for board meetings

- Collaborate with Company Leadership on discussions with prospective investors for future fund-raising and due-diligence efforts; Ensure company is due-diligence ready

- Manage, mentor and groom the Finance Team- manage work allocation, systems training, performance evaluations, and the building of an effective and efficient team dynamic

Requirements: 

Educational requirements: - CA/MBA

Experience requirements:

- At least 10+ years of finance experience, with 1-3 years in mid-management role

- Candidate must have Accountancy Background

- Start-up experience is desirable

- Prior fundraising experience is a plus
