Deputy General Manager - Finance

Job Description:

- Must: Chartered Accountant

- Reviewing, analyzing and finalizing standalone Financial Statement (FS).

- Reviewing, analyzing and finalizing group consolidated Financial Statement.

- Review and finalize quarterly limited review standalone and group consolidated FS.

- To satisfy the audit requirements with regards to the observations by Auditors.

- Closing Subsidiaries Audit and addressing the concern raised by group auditors.

- To ensure timely finalization, consolidation and closing of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and Yearly accounts as per the accounting / statutory requirements.

- Handle technical accounting issues & related compliances.

- To keep abreast of all current developments in functional aspects and knowledge transfer to the team.

- To groom the team and develop successor.

- To upgrade the skills of the team by providing learning opportunities.

- Should have excellent knowledge of Excel and should have thorough knowledge and experience of working in ERP system, ownership of accounting processes.

- Should have good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, leadership skill.

- Should have excellent time-management and organizational skills.

- Well versed with AS / IND AS, Guidance notes issued by CA institute & Schedule III of Company's Act 2013.

- Handled MIS reporting in the past organization.

- Worked in Oracle software will be an added advantage.
