Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts - FMCG/Agri

- Setting up Finance & Accounts processes from Scratch for new line of Business Activities

- Handling various litigations under Income tax Act 1961 and Goods and Service Tax Act 2017 under close co-ordination with consultants.

- Responsible for timely closure of Tax Audits, Internal Audits, Statuatory Audits including limited reviews as per IND AS

- Handling Audits by commercial and Income tax Departments

Lead SAP Hana implementation from F&A perspective

- Performing month /quater/ year end closing activities and finalization of financial results and its detailed variance analysis with budget

- Detailed Analysis of contribution, EBITDA & involve cost with final objectivity of improving Company profitability

- Responsible for supervision of day-to-day accounting which includes voucher entry, GL assignment , TDS deduction
