Job Description:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.

- Oversee the annual budgeting process and variance analysis.

- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Manage audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.

- Monitor cash flow, financial forecasts, and funding requirements.

- Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.

- Overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, Auditing and providing strategic financial guidance to support organizational growth and performance.

- Finalizing accounts and statutory records for group companies, ensuring timely financial reporting and compliance with regulations.

- Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closures, overseeing tax and treasury functions, and handling MIS reporting.
