Job Description :

- Managing the BU real estate portfolio

- Will be working on developments not yet handed over to RWA like Mypad Lucknow, Garden City Indore , IT park Bhubaneswar. He will also look after issues pertaining to already handed over developments

- Facility Management for all residential, commercial, retail, township & plotted developments

- Lead the areas of core engineering, plant maintenance & uptime assurance

- Ensure capacity optimization, best negotiation & contracting

- Implementation of best practices for energy & resource conservation

- Budgeting & controlling maintenance expenses

- Ownership of recovery & cash for the portfolio

- Improve efficiency, technology and delivery of facility management

- Ensure complete compliance & liaisoning with Government & statutory agencies

- Responsible for Customer delight & User Interface

- Reporting analytical MIS for management decision making

- Team building & leadership
