Deputy General Manager - F&A/Controllership Operations - BPO

We are hiring for DGM role for Controllership Operations.

- Exposure to transformation/RPA would be good

- Ability to independently manage operations, on-shore stakeholders, strong people management skills

- Looking for someone who is not limited to only operations but also be able to showcase the good work done here to on shore - partners so to get more work (sort of BD/ farming)

- Should be able to drive meaningful conversations and work with cross functional teams on strategic projects

- Combination of smartness, gravitas and excellent communication skills

- Should have been part of F&A operations (not necessarily any specific tower)

- 14+ plus years of total experience. Should have worked / managed Accounting process for at least 9 - 10 years.

- Looking for a diversity candidate, who should have managed a span of upto 150 people or so.

- Knowledge of Oracle Financial systems preferred

- Knowledge of Accounting is must.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

- Exposure in transformation/robotics preferred

- Experience with international corporations is preferred

- Advanced Analytical skills

- Manage relationship with onshore Business Process Owners and attend governance meetings

- Ensure highest level of client satisfaction is achieved.

- Drive transformation projects

Education : Degree in Commerce, Accounting and Business Administration
