Job Title / Designation: Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Exports Marketing - West Africa Region - Mumbai The Group (About the Group) / The Organization&nbsp;(About the Client): One of the leading Manufacturers of Specialty Chemicals in India. The Assignment (The Role /&nbsp;Job Description): Key Responsibilities -&nbsp; a) Achieve revenue generation & profitability targets over the specified time horizon b) Raise current market share in the designated country cluster c) Enter into 2 or more new Application Industries in the Region d) Create a distinguishable value-add to Customers for existing products and services e) Maintain a constant awareness of the competitive landscape in the designated territory, opportunities for expanding the customer base and new industry developments f) Focus on direct key accounts as well as develop robust channel partners to enhance product penetration g) Promote new sets of products developed by the Tech Centre Team h) Provide market feedback regarding product performance and applicability The Person&nbsp;(Candidate Details): A) Experience i) 30 - 35 yrs ii) B.Sc Chemistry or B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineering + MBA Marketing iii) 8-10 years relevant experience in International Marketing with specific focus on the West Africa Region. iv) Should have good exposure to West Africa Region geography, country cluster, market potential, clientele v) Language fluency a great advantage - French for West Africa Region B) Competencies i) Good communication &amp; interpersonal skills ii) Be aggressive, Goal oriented, Ability to get things done iii) Good relationship-building skills iv) Team Player C) Based at Mumbai HO, but travel extensively to West Africa Region geography Work Experience:&nbsp;From 8 to 10 yrs Job Location: Mumbai
