Deputy General Manager - Equity Investment - Deal Closures

Major KRA's:

- Establishment of long-term strategic alliances and execution of inorganic expansion strategy including M&A, Equity fund raise.

- Identify long term partnerships & investment opportunities in Real Estate & Equity space across categories.

- End to end deal management including deal origination, due diligence, negotiation of contracts and successfully closing the transaction.

- Due Diligence of companies/projects, Valuation, Rates discovery & Deal Structure.

- Prepare detailed Management presentation / Investment Memo on any opportunity for presenting before the investment committee.

- Coordinate with Due Diligence/Lawyer, Valuation agencies, and internal teams such as Legal/commercial/ secretarial to expedite deal closure.

- Manage post deal engagement with the clients.

Incumbent Profile:

- Growth Strategy and M&A professional with 8+ years of experience in Strategic Alliances, Corporate Deal Development, Business Development, Mergers & Acquisition, Investment Banking, Private Equity Fund.

- Raised Investment, Corporate Finance, Business Consulting, Financial Due Diligence.

- Proven track record in scouting & sourcing potential equity investment mandates and opportunities towards taking the business to the next level
