Deputy General Manager - Distribution Management - Auto

Looking for a DGM- Distribution management who'll be responsible for:

Profile:

1) Distribution Network -

a. Current performance, gaps & corrective actions

b. Current width & depth analysis

c. Future expansion to meet next 4 years growth

d. Geographical area identification, execution & periodic updates

e. Segment wise present & future

f. Detailed profiling of distributors

g. Monitoring the Business gain or loss from appointment of new BPs h. Exit of BPs 

2) Execution of Distribution Strategies 

a. Retailer Loyalty Program

b. Product wise market share plan execution - Involves driving the strategy in all zones for all (17) product categories (spread over 21 branches & 72 territories)

c. Slow moving stock

3) BP Engagement 

a. Club business monitoring

b. Formulation & revision of club policy

c. Policy disbursements

4) Distributors/Business partner training - at different levels - Owner/manager/sales representative

5) Sales & Trade Policies - Formulation, revision, monitoring of these policies for business partners, ensuring timely disbursements etc.

6) Monitoring the part list sold, tracking coverage.

7) Exploring New Distribution - Initiatives for rural market

The organisation is a leader in after market auto components.
