Job Responsibility :
- Responsible for an acquisition of new customers PAN India through Digital telesales model.
- Drive monthly sales target for the business vertical, attain desired lead conversion rate & team productivity level.
- Lead & manage the team of Digitals Sales associates at Pan India level & drive performance.
- Formulate the acquisition strategy for digital telesales channel/s and achieve vertical growth numbers as per company's business goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell to existing customers.
- Nurture the sales opportunities in coordination with Marketing Team. Execute campaigns/programs to leverage these opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Product & other teams to explore the potential of new sources of acquisitions and suggest actions.
- Understanding of the market and general market intelligence by keeping track of offerings from competitors and their market movements.
- Ensure all compliance & regulatory guidelines are adhered to.
- Responsible to maintain expected sales quality standards and policies and procedures adherence to the organization.
- Responsible for talent management & growth of the team.
- Present reports & dashboard for the management & other stakeholders.
Experience :
- 10-14 years of experience in telesales/BPO business, minimum 3 years in Digital Telesales preferably in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Ecommerce verticals.
- Should possess expertise in formulating & executing strategies for new acquisitions & cross-sell programs
- Ability to optimize cost/productivity metrics across these acquisitions.
- Good interpersonal & diagnostic skills
- History and proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Educational/ Professional Qualifications:
- Post Graduate preferably (not essential) in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing
- Proven experience in the industry delivering revenue and profit in highly competitive markets.
- Strong Sales expertise and Industry knowledge with operational understanding of the key business activities and processes of BPO Services
