Deputy General Manager - Digital Learning & Development - Manufacturing (12-16 yrs)

We are looking for DGM - Digital Learning and Development Professional who have worked for large manufacturing organizations.

Major Responsibilities: -

- Provide support for the designing, development and conceptualization of the Learning and Development initiatives on a technology framework; Work with the COE in order to set direction for learning technology and architecture.

- Create specific learning and development guidelines, policies, processes pertaining to the implementation of learning and development systems, tools and technology and for managing the virtual learning environment.

- Articulate guidelines for technology interface management across HR ERP systems.

- Communicate and roll out the strategy, policies, frameworks, tools, technology and processes across the Business and Units.

- Ensure consistent implementation of tools and technology.

- Gather feedback from the Business leaders and HR Generalists and periodically review and revise policies, tools, systems, based on changing Business needs.

- Review and revise systems for feedback, inputs, review of performance of policies, tools and technology.

- Technology led learning:

- Serve as primary Learning Management System administrator, responsible for programming and management of all activity in the LMS.

- Lead efforts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve LMS related system issues.

- Explore usage of handheld devices for learning purposes;

- Liaise with IT teams to execute the projects and implementation

- Analyse learning and technology needs and partner with subject matter experts and instructional designers to provide inputs for technical design.

- Continuously evaluate best technology enabled learning solutions relevant for the Business.

- Webinars and E-learning :

-  Develop engaging webinars, web-based training, self-paced training, and other learning technology offerings.

- Ensure development of instructional materials and products for technology-based courses.

- Launch relevant e-learning modules; Work with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to design and develop instructional materials.

- Develop e-learning capability for the organisation through appropriate e-learning vendor / solution providers.

- Participate in the design and development of online training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific learning technology needs.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical and design standards for learning products.

- Evaluate and maintain e-learning courses in LMS.
