Deputy General Manager - Data Analytics - BFSI (5-13 yrs)
Key Accountability:
- Lead a team of data analysts to drive the business analytics function
- Own all ad-hoc and exploratory analysis requests from various functional teams which require very quick turn-around time
- Create and optimise internal metrics and processes that ensures data consistency & data quality across all platforms used to make business decisions
- Work closely with other functional teams to operationalise their data analysis requirements and guide team accordingly
- Design, build and maintain automated dashboard using Power BI
Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification
- Graduation/Post Graduation (BE/MBA/Statistics)
Knowledge & Experience
- 8 to 10 years of work experience (at least 5 year of relevant work-ex in a financial services company)
- Proficiency in Advance Excel, R and Python is must.
Personal Attributes
- Possess a flair for numbers
- Detail oriented and has an analytical approach
- Competent soft skills (communication, holistic thinking, conflict resolution, leadership)
- Strong understanding of MFI/FI/Bank business environment
- Experience of leading a team is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong English verbal and writing skills
