Hiring for DGM Costing for Large Business Conglomerate in Mumbai.


- Must have experience in Profitability estimates with analytics, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual and Strategic 5/10 yrs, 


- Ability to create cost sheets for all steel manufacturing operations,


- System standardisation, put in place common practices and cleansing data on regular basis, 


- Finalisation and submission of Cost Audit reports before 1st Quarter's Board meeting for previous year,


- Monitoring and support various cost reduction initiatives,


- Manage the organisation-wide Business Plan and continuous monitoring & control the same,


- Support for organisation's various initiatives under trade remedial measures,


- Contribute and coordinate for company's Annual Report. 


Qualification : ICWA. 


Industry : Steel/ Metals & Mining/Cement. 


Experience : 14 Years - 18 Years. 

Job Description :

1. Profitability estimates and analysis by 4th of next month for EC meeting

2. Review of plant cost sheets and add value to business by monitoring key KPI / Cost drivers

3. Evaluate Total Cost Model for all various inputs

4. Ability to cost different grades / value added products and arrive at the additional realisation required for value added products

5. Drive business plan exercise for the company and build KPI for each of the business for tracking and control

6. Regular reporting the achievements against the Annual & Monthly Business Plan with major reasons for deviation to senior management.

7. Initiating the implementation of BPC module of SAP to help the organisation to prepare Monthly and Annual Business Plan in system with common practices across all locations.

8. Finalise Cost Audit report through automation

9. Monitoring of various Digitisation initiatives and savings under that.

10. Organising information required from Finance & Accounts function for various trade remedial measures initiatives taken up by the company and replying for the trade remedial measures initiated against the company by other countries in very time bound manner.

11. Ability to pick up various cost elements and analyse the cost elements for cost improvements

12. Digitisation of all MIS required for costing, NSR and EBITDA reports

13. Benchmarking of all KPIs - Financial and non-financial for value addition and business control
