JOB DESCRIPTION :
JOB PURPOSE:
- Lead company India Strategy towards sustainable and profitable growth.
- Align company India with NML's global strategy
- Drive KPIs management across organisation
- Strengthen partnership with Alliance entities in India
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :
EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES :
1. Build mid/long term corporate plan - Environment scanning and assessing future trends
- Brainstorm mid-term mission &objectives with key stakeholders in the country, region and GHQ
- Define key objectives&Identify pillars for strategy execution
- Work with function heads to define key action plan
- Highlight Risk & Opportunities
2. Drive KPI achievement for the short term - Function-level KPI setting - Ensure consistency with budget andother company directions
- Monthly KPI monitoring
- Drive countermeasure actions in case of deficits
- Budget reviews and course correction at
3. Drive key global corporate initiatives at India level (i.e. Customer Power 2022, NCW) - Customer Power 2022 execution - As PMO, drive CP2022 KPI setting and monthly monitoring
- Co-ordination with AMI and global PMO
- Monitor key actions as identified by Steering Committee
4. Alliance Synergies : Alignment with other Alliance entities in India - Manage India CCT issues with RIPL, RNTBCI, RNAIPL, NRFSI & NMIPL
- RNAIPL Governance - thru special task force
- Monitor Alliance Synergy projects
5. Support President's Office& PMO for driving action plan - Tracking of key action items and ensures timely action.
- Manage key executive meetings including preparations.
- Decisions approvals pre validation & recommendation
- Co-ordination with regional and global
- Implement initiatives to improve governance

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- MBA with Engineering Background
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE :
- 14+ years of Industry experience post qualification
- Preferred consulting experience from top firmswith prior Auto Industry experience for min 5 years Or Auto OEM experience in Corporate Strategy with strong exposure in minimum two domain from - M&S, Manufacturing, Product Planning & Finance
